This lemon & herb marinade makes ordinary fish & seafood taste delicious. Try it the next time you cook up your favorite fish such as halibut, sole, trout.
- Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic; finely chopped
- 1 tsp oregano (dry or fresh); finely chopped if fresh
- 1 tsp thyme (dry or fresh); finely chopped if fresh
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Directions:
- Combine all ingredients is small mixing bowl, mix well.
- Place seafood in a large seal-tight container & pour over marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours but no more than 24 hours.
- Bake, broil or grill seafood to your liking.
