This recipe is very versatile in the sense that it makes a great dressing for most salads and also makes a delicious marinade for most seafood dishes. Give it a try the next time your taste buds are craving a change from the ordinary.
- Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice; store bought o.j. not from concentrate is also an option
- 2 whole cloves of garlic; roasted garlic works the best
- 1 Tbsp onion; finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp ginger puree; we prefer Culinary Traditions ginger puree
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbsp raspberry vinaigrette
- dash of sea salt
- pinch of ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp pure cane sugar; optional
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender & puree on high speed for 30-60 seconds.
- Remember this can be used a salad dressing or as seafood marinade.
