Sea bass has always been a favorite of ours. It's full of a flavor all of it's own. This is a quick & easy version of a delicious entree.
- Ingredients:
- 2-4 medium pieces of sea bass; we prefer Chilean
- basil pesto sauce; store brand or home made if time permits
- sea salt & fresh ground black pepper; pinch of each
- 1 medium lime; sliced into wedges
- cilantro; optional
- Directions:
- Season fish with salt, pepper & lime, grill each side of sea bass on medium high heat until cooked all the way through, approx. 6-8 minutes each side depending on thickness.
- warm pesto in small saucepan
- top fish with pesto & serve with mixed greens
