- Ingredients:
- 1 medium butternut squash, cut into strips & shredded with #2 cone on your Kitchen Kutter
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/8 wedges and also shredded with #2 cone on your Kitchen Kutter
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 3 cups water
- 2 chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes
- Directions: Add all ingredients to your 4qt slow-cooker. Place on stove-top and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring throughout. Pour ingredients into your blender & liquefy. Serve in soup bowls & enjoy!
