We've taken the traditional ice cream sundae and turned it into a quicker & healthier delight.
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen; fat-free vanilla yogurt fat-free ice cream is also an option
- 4 Tbs fat-free hot fudge sauce; 1 Tbsp per serving
- 4 tsp chopped nut topping; optional, nuts contain a fractional amt. of fat
- 4 maraschino cherries; 1 for each sundae
- whipped cream; fat-free
- Directions:
- Place 1 scoop, approx. 3/4 cup of frozen yogurt onto 4 individual desert plates.
- Drizzle each serving with 1 Tbs of warm hot fudge sauce, and a teaspoon of chopped nuts if using them.
- Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy!
