Breakfast "on the fly" is easy with this Banana Peach Smoothie with a dose of protein.
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen peach slices; fresh is also an option
- 1 medium banana; sliced in half
- 1 level scoop of protein powder
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk; we prefer Silk
- 1 Tbsp clover honey or agave nectar; raw honey is also an option
- 1 Tbsp oat bran
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender or Vita-Mix machine, blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds.
