- Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk; low-fat dairy, almond, soy or coconut are options
- 1 level scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup bran cereal
- 1 medium apple, halved; we prefer Fuji or Gala
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender or Vita-Mix machine & blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds or until smooth.
- Now you're off to a great start for a great day!
