A fantastic way to get nine vegetables in one quick & delicious salad...
- Ingredients:
- 1/8 wedge of red cabbage
- 1/8 wedge of green cabbage
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1 medium zucchini squash
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1-2 stalks of celery
- 1/4 onion
- 1 strip butternut squash
- 3 medium carrots
- Directions:
Wash vegetables but do not peel them. We use a 100% natural fruit & vegetable wash called "Veggie Wash." Use your #2 cone to julienne cut all the vegetables. If you want a ruffled cut use your #5 cone for the carrots, yellow squash & zucchini squash. For a lit'l extra sweetness add Mandarin orange slices, dried cranberries & raspberry dressing. Put leftovers in a sealed container & place in your refrigerator.
