Sole filets are super easy to cook and have such a nice flavor all of their own. This 15 minute recipe fits nicely into a life "on the go!"
- Ingredients:
- 4 large sole fillets
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 large lemon; juiced to 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika; optional
- sea salt & black pepper; pinch of each
- Directions:
- In a small bowl add lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme & paprika, mix well.
- Heat large frying pan on medium heat burner, add olive oil & coat entire pan.
- Brush filets well with mix and place in heated pan.
- Saute for approximately 4 minutes on each side, making sure to brush both sides.
- Serve with your favorite sides & salad.
