Baked Filet Of Sole

Sole filets are super easy to cook and have such a nice flavor all of their own. This 15 minute recipe fits nicely into a life "on the go!"

  • Ingredients:
    1. 4 large sole fillets
    2. 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    3. 2 large lemon; juiced to 2 Tbsp
    4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    5. 1/4 tsp ground thyme
    6. 1/2 tsp paprika; optional
    7. sea salt & black pepper; pinch of each
  • Directions:
    1. In a small bowl add lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme & paprika, mix well.
    2. Heat large frying pan on medium heat burner, add olive oil & coat entire pan.
    3. Brush filets well with mix and place in heated pan.
    4. Saute for approximately 4 minutes on each side, making sure to brush both sides.
    5. Serve with your favorite sides & salad.
