A great tasting dressing always gives an ordinary salad a nice boost of flavor. This Red Wine Vinaigrette is one of those dressings. Enjoy!

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar; dry champagne or sherry wine are also options
    2. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar; we prefer Bragg brand
    3. 1 tsp dijon
    4. 1/4 cup grape seed oil
    5. 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    6. 1 clove garlic; finely chopped
    7. 1/4 cup white balsamic
    8. sea salt & black pepper; to taste
  • Directions:
    1. Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse into a smooth consistency.
    2. Transfer to a mason jar, cover & refrigerate until ready to use.
    3. Shake well before serving.
