This recipe is very versatile in the sense that it makes a great dressing for most salads and also makes a delicious marinade for most seafood dishes. Give it a try the next time your taste buds are craving a change from the ordinary.

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2. 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice; store bought o.j. not from concentrate is also an option
    3. 2 whole cloves of garlic; roasted garlic works the best
    4. 1 Tbsp onion; finely chopped
    5. 2 Tbsp ginger puree; we prefer Culinary Traditions ginger puree
    6. 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    7. 4 Tbsp raspberry vinaigrette
    8. dash of sea salt
    9. pinch of ground black pepper
    10. 1/4 tsp pure cane sugar; optional
  • Directions:
    1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender & puree on high speed for 30-60 seconds.
    2. Remember this can be used a salad dressing or as seafood marinade.
