This Tuna & Mixed Green Salad Wrap is a great way to take lunch with you whenever you're "On The Go!"

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1 can white albacore tuna; rinsed & drained
    2. 1 cup mixed salad greens
    3. 1/2 cup mayonaise, light or regular; we prefer Kraft with olive oil
    4. 1/2 cup dijonaise
    5. 1 large lemon; juiced
    6. 1/2 cup English cucumber; diced
    7. 2 tsp capers
    8. sea salt & black pepper; dash of each
    9. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled; optional
    10. 1 pkg flavored wraps; we prefer sun dried tomato or spinach
  • Directions:
    1. Using a large bowl, add tuna with mayo, dijonaise, lemon juice, cucumbers, capers, salt & pepper, mix well.
    2. Place small portion of mixed salad greens on wrap.
    3. Scoop tuna on wrap, add feta cheese if using it. Fold wrap & serve.
    4. Makes 4 wraps.
