These hot healthy burritos are great for lunch or dinner anytime you're on the go!

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 1 cup Uncle Ben's rice; any flavor
    2. 1 cup pinto beans
    3. soft tortillas
    4. 1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese; reduced-fat or regular
    5. 1 cup lettuce; chopped
    6. 1 large tomato; diced
    7. 1/2 cup black olives & onions; optional
    8. sour cream; a dollop
    9. salsa; favorite store brand
  • Directions:
    1. Cook rice & beans according to package directions then combine together in one skillet.
    2. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet.
    3. Fill each tortilla with beans, rice, lettuce, olives, salsa & sour cream.
    4. Simple, Delicious & Healthy!
