  • Ingredients:

    2-4 Pieces of Chilean Sea Bass

    1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

    dash of sea salt & ground black pepper

    squeeze of fresh lemon

  • Directions:

    Preheat broiler, low temp.

    Using a pie pan or baking dish, add fish, brush with olive oil, sprinkle salt & pepper with a squeeze of lemon. Place baking dish on center oven rack. Broil for approximately 12-15 minutes, watching carefully not to burn the fish. Remove when fish begins to flake easily, serve & enjoy. As seen in the above picture, we accompanied this dish with slices of zucchini squash & whipped sweet potatoes.
