This is a fun and easy guacamole dip that tastes like you took some time to make it. It's great for any party or any gathering and it's always a hit. I like to serve it with blue chips for a little healthier option. In a real pinch, just add the avocado and the salsa and viola...instant party hit! Everyone will be asking for your recipe!

Additional Info

  • Ingredients:
    1. 2 ripe medium avocados; pitted and chopped
    2. 1 medium clove of garlic; can use minced or put in a garlic press
    3. 1/2 of a medium lime juiced
    4. 1/2 cup salsa; use your favorite or make from scratch
  • Directions:
    1. Start by placing your avocados directly into your blender/food processor.
    2. Add garlic and lime juice, then blend until desired consistency.
    3. Pour into a medium sized mixing bowl then add salsa and stir together. Serve and enjoy.
    4. For a smoother consistency blend the salsa with other ingredients.
    5. You can also add a 1/2 cup of sour cream, but it will definitely add some extra calories.
    6. If you prefer chunky style, mash avocado with a fork and hand mix all ingredients together.
